For the sake of health, this is your daily dose. . .
Can you get the flu from a flu shot. No. The flu vaccine is made from an inactivated virus. Persons allergic to the vaccine may develop discomfort for a day or two. medical experts also say exposure to cold weather doesn't bring on the flu. Cold viruses spread quickest during winter. Overdosing on Vitamin C has not been proven as a guaranteed cold or flu preventative. . .
